A 17 yo is suing over rights to the OMGFacts (OMGFacts) on Twitter twitter account with 1.8 million followers. Spartz Inc., an Internet media company counters since partnering with the 17 yo in February 2010, Spartz Inc. built a popular OMG Facts website, developed a heavily subscribed YouTube channel and researched and wrote nearly every tweet on (at)OMGFacts.

I don't think so. He has a signed the partnership agreement, with Spartz Inc that his mother (Legal Guardian) also co-signed.

Spartz Inc is run by another a 24yo 'wiz-kid' that started a popular Harry Potter website when he was 12 yo.
