Thread: Twitter backgrounds?

I'd like to add that most backgrounds with text are either not designed to fit every screen, therefore a part of the text may be unreadable to your followers (it is the case for 3 pages out of 5 from Gloson's list).

Samething for yours Simon, the background does not cover the entire page and I can see a blue/green stripe on the right.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if that was just me, lol.

What dimensions do you need to make it to cover the whole screen and still make it reasonably accessible for those with smaller screen resolution?

Well, I'm on a 16:9 screen if this can help...

I like it too. The only part you can change is the green box to the left. The previous box was better.

Simon, I suggest you do these things in order to enhance your background.

1. Please take off the whole wood texture part of the picture (no one sees it as it is blocked) and recolor the whole background black. I also suggest you add more information, like your profiles on other social media sites! Then, reupload it. Now, your background is smaller (It saves load time).

2. Go to the design section under your twitter settings

3. Under the colors tab, click on 'background'.

4. Paste this color code in: 000000 (black)

5. And, you're done! Now the background loads faster and people won't see any blues!
