    Hard on the heels of last month's Twitter announcement that they've capped user follows at 1000 people/day in an effort to deter "follow" spam attempts, Maki at Dosh Dosh posted a fairly insightful article on why mass following simply doesn't work.

    He also delves a bit into his Twitter marketing strategies.

    Very good article! Those DoshDosh guys are pretty sharp.

    The numbers people should focus on are the RoI (Return on Investment) numbers.

    The raw number of followers is meaningless.
