Is Twitter really worth using?

To keep it active, I would sign up for friendfeed and add a few RSS feeds...and then hook that into your twitter account. When those RSS feeds are updated it will automatically post to twitter, keeping it active. And you'll probably gain friends as a result if you choose the right RSS feed. ;)

You will see the value once you have enough followers.

I'm beginning to like Twitter. I have 5 followers. Yay! But I got those 5 followers in a very short time. 3 of them in maybe 10 minutes. Now I just have to get more followers. :D

Now I like Twitter. :D

This still puzzles me: The other day one guy signed up to follow our twitter and since his business seemed to be related to ours, we started to follow him. Then suddenly -on the same day- we got a whole bunch of other followers but they were not related to our business so I didn't care to follow them.
So, whats up with all these people, do they just want more followers, relevant or not?

Yes indeed, they just want dozens of followers as they'll be using websites like TwtAd.Com soon and the more followers you have, the more chance someone will click your link :D

Looks like you're over a dollar now. That's not bad for only promoting on 1 twitter profile :) In total the network has over 22,000 followers now :D
