Thread: Twitter vs. Facebook

I use twitter and facebook but I am confused which one is better in social media marketing. Somebody says twitter and some says Facebook.

I'd say focus on both equally for maximum marketing

I think it also depends what you're selling. Twitter can be better for B2B; Facebook can be better for B2C.

I have had more success with Facebook marketing. Facebook is great because they allow you to narrow down your target group.

Agreed there tends to be lots of forward thinking business folks on Twitter. Facebook, well just about everyone has a Facebook account.

Twitter kind of annoys me personally but I still maintain an account and a couple of promotional accounts.

As far as paid marketing I've had better luck with Facebook. Because Twitter has such an awesome API I've had great luck with free marketing on there.

That says a great deal about the future of both companies.

Twitter needs to get their revenue stream figured out.

i used both but twitter only help me to get my site index faster (i think so), hardly received any traffic from there ....
but face book is another story, those who visit the face book page, is high possible they visit ur site .......

I prefer both although I prefer facebook because I am getting more traffic from it now. Although I also like twitter because I got index fast....its just that Twitter needs to update often

i think facebook has no compariosn ,for seo getting trafiic facebook is better.
