Yahoo! 360 is closing on July 13,2009

After almost two years without providing any support, yahoo has finally decided to shut down its blog-centric social Web site Yahoo 360

  2. Yahoo could have spun this much better.

If they had made minor upgrades to Yahoo profiles, they could have announced this as a "free upgrade from Yahoo 360 to Yahoo Profiles."

Don't they have a marketing department at Yahoo anymore?

  4. Meh, that place is a sinking ship any way. They need to close down a number of their "adventures" and try to concentrate soley on their portal and search engine if they want to be around another 3 years.

I'm so fed up with yahoo! I hope it crashes and burns in the most brutal of ways. Seriously, messenger rarely lets me sign in anymore because of their crappy errors and I was banned from Answers! several times for absolutely no reason.

To be honest, I dont think so. Yahoo could have used 360 as a massive social networking site, but instead, its a massive fail.

I have a 360 account, but it seemed confusing and seemed to be missing "something". It was like yahoo developers had this grand idea, but lost interest somewhere along the way.

    Hahahah

    Sinking ship!

I guess that makes me a rat for scurrying away from that old dog for better sites.

I remember the good old days spending hours writing answers only to get those tasty links

    ...and now there's nofollow...
