Any good tracking software for multiple sites?

Basically looking for a small web based software that can be quickly set up and provide the common features - to be able to insert the code and track large amounts of sites from one place.

What should it track?

How many sites? GoogleAnalytics supports 30 sites per account and you can have as many accounts as you like.

I'm not sure how many sites are allowed per account, but I have 35 sites on one account in GA so it's gotta be more than 30

yah me too, more then 30 site in single account

I thought it stopped me at 30. I think they must have raised the limit since I ran into that issue.

on setting page, there is option allow you to display how many profiles, max is 100 now

Woopra.com offers a really nice site tracker that has a desktop application so you can view real time visitors.

The free version allows 30k uniques a month which for some is plenty (I run through 30k in 2 hours on weekends though)

It also has the ability to chat with your visitors if you turn that on which is pretty cool.

I just tried adding another site to GoogleAnalytics and received this error message: "Unable to create a new profile. There are already the maximum number of profiles in this account."

I counted and there are 50 profiles (i.e. websites) in my GA account.

I have about 50 sites in my GoogleAnalytics account and works well to me.

Some times I use Awstats (cPanle addon), which is also very good, I think.
