I've recently found this rank checker by Aaron: Rank Checker - Track Google, Yahoo! Search, & Microsoft Rankings Free

Just install it on firefox, set up sites and keywords and it can check serps frequently.

I've been looking for something like this for a while, gotta save me a lot of time now

Just be sure to adjust the settings for the delay between queries. You will notice a lot of - if you are going too fast and need to throttle it back.

yeah, good point, I also did that. And removed yahoo and msn.. well who needs them
