That is a pretty good read. Those google people can come up with some funny stuff.
The list tells me that people make it a habit of hating on google analytics. Just "why" people so much anger towards a script, I do not know.

I was having pretty much the same dilemma as Will in the beginning, about registering for GA but then I registered anyway, just to get an idea how was google viewing my site and what data it gathered!
The article posted by OP was a good read but I guess, it appeared more of an advertising material rather than giving out any substantial information! :o
