Everyone go to speedtest.net and let's see who has the best connection.

Might have been a little better but the 360 is on and downloading some updates

I crossed out the ISP as I cant stand them and would never recommend them

Why not?
Speed looks like superbe!
Download is fast, upload is fast.. what's the problem with them?

There customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Would rather deal with dell tech support (Language barriers) then "Cox"

"Tier one" support are as knowledgeable as people working at Home Depot. All they know is whats in there little black book. Instead of escalating to "Tier two" they want to charge for a service call every time.
