Thread: Need A Template Coded In HTML

I need a template coded in HTML. The details are as follows.

The image is in .BMP format, but I can provide it in .PNG format. I will be need it to be sliced so that some parts can be linked, as shown below. I would also need two iframes, on either side. It would need to be with a transparent background if possible.

I am looking for several quotes given by many people, and I will choose one person to provide that service. I am looking for quality work and good customer service

The part squared in red needs to be linked, the part in yellow must be somewhat cut in that shape, and the part in green has to be an iFrame. I can provide the template without the squares for the person who will be coding it.
