Is your psd already sliced and exported? If it is, why not grab a similar xhtml theme from opendesigns.org, whack in your images and go from there?

The advantage of going to opendesigns is you can also mix and match themes, for example if a theme has the nav you need but lacks the overall structure, then just copy and paste the bit you need into the theme with the structure.

Bummer, sorry I can't help, I don't use Photoshop otherwise I'd try to help, but I'm pretty much fully booked with writing gigs until Wednesday, but if you can get the design sliced and shoot me the files plus a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like, and if you can wait until next week, then I could convert it for you.
