First, thank you for this script. This is really helpful.
I have a question with the installation of the script. My website resides in a sub folder of my main domain, ex: http://domain.com/mywebsite, my question is, where will I put the translation files, in the http://domain.com or in the mywebsite folder?
I think I would first try putting in the domain home http://www.example.com/translate/ and blocking the directories I don't want translated by editing /translate/.htaccess
ok i have put all the files as per your instructions and put urls as per your suggestions. But nothings happens. Can you please explain that anything other need to do rather then the instructions in your installation script ?
I can't explain it because it's never been done. It's a new recipe that you're creating yourself.
But let's step back for a second. Why is your website in a subdirectory? What is the URL?
Also, please remember that the translation script is currently broken and it is not going to work at all (at least with Google Translate) until the next release.

Revision 2.16, which works with the new Google Translate[/url] has been released.
