  2. In most cases, that error means that the script is working, but you've overloaded the translation servers and they've blocked your web servers IP address.

The blocks last for around 24 hours.

This can happen a lot before you fill your translation cache.

You can get more information by enabling the printing of error text as described in Translation Script Troubleshooting Tips.

Thanks Will, on that note guess its time to move off a shared server for that site. Since its the first run for me and it gives that error so someone on the server must be using google.

  4. If you enable the printing of error text, what does the full error message say?

Do you have shell access to your server? If so, you can use Elinks or Lynx or even wget to test connections to the translation servers.

It was showing a 404 was giving mysite.com/sample/sample since it was on a sub folder thought in the index.php I had to add the actual script url when I only needed the domain works perfectly now

That error reporting was a nice add. Thank you Will.

Do you have shell access on your server so you can run elinks or lynx to manually access the translation servers?

  9. Did this error just start happening?

You have print_error_text set to 1 in your translate/index.php, right?

Is the first time i try to install it , i enabled print_error_text now and returned this message :

    Code: -2 (LANG2: Translator returned status '400' (req=http://74.125.95.132/translate_c?hl=en&langpair=en%7Cproxy&u=http://domain.com/&usg=ALkJrhhjIdptWuOwsSx196F_tOB4ttby9w))

    Redirects:
    translate_n_Frame: http://translate.google.com/translat...://domain.com/
    RemoveFrame: http://74.125.95.132/translate_c?hl=...96F_tOB4ttby9w
Probably somewhere the language is not setup corectly because if i replace in the error link : en&langpair=en with pt&langpair=en directly in my browser will translate the page from english to portuguese. If i don't replace it and copy the url directly in my browser i receive this error from Google : "Translation from English into English is not supported."
