Thread: Looking for Free FLV Player

I'm looking for recommendations for a free or low cost FLV player. It will be going on a commercial site where the client does not want to see a YouTube logo, but we still need the usual video controls.

I know these players are out there, but I don't know what works and what doesn't.

Also, are there any recommendations for a solution to prevent users from downloading the videos?

I saw a site this week that did a pretty nice job with Flowplayer.

It's free with the Flowplayer logo, or $95 (for one domain) if you want to remove the Flowplayer logo.

I will take a look at Flowplayer.

I have already looked at JW Player and have used their free version in the past. It is not free for a commercial site and they want to charge extra for skins and additional features, which adds up quickly. It is a nice player and I will still consider it if I don't find a better option.
