yes that is the main reason I've heard that they still use I.E 6. They are using other *cough control* software that only works with it and other applications.
lol also even 512 is still behind the times. Mine has 4GB. Ram is not expensive as it used to be. Look you can buy a GB for about 20 bucks.

I know from my own expiriance, it's a nightmare to make a perfect design for FF and also for all IE versions.. because I had this problem and I didn't have all IEs installed on my computer, I found this greate IE emulator, that shows you how your sites look in IE 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 beta..
I was quite proud of one of my website designs, until I saw it on a Mac with Internet Explorer 5.5...![]()

Nop, not at all. From the very beginning I always test my site at least in three major browsers and all of them must be updated. I design and test in IE, Opera, and Firefox. Now I also test in Google Chrome.
