I get paid to correct webmasters' code using Dreamweaver or frontpage...
When you use a tool, it seems you don't know what's going on...
It's easier for me though, since dreamweaver or frontpage did not exist when I first made website in 95'...I had to learn by hand like everybody else back then...

Look through the source code of that site. It's still in the works, but the gist of it is there. It's 100% made in Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, by me, including javascript, outside of the premade jQuery plugins. I personally think it's cleaner then a lot of sites code I've seen made in notepad for the fact it's properly indented, and tags are sorted properly also making it easier to read.
FrontPage has been dead for a while, so hopefully people stop using it soon especially since it puts out trash code to begin with.
I generally code everything myself in regards to CSS/HTML its all really simple stuff, but no WYSIWYG editors will never go out of business, since most people don't have a clue how to do it by hand.

Dreamweaver is pretty much the best WYSIWYG editor but that still doesn't mean it beats hand coding a site. Depending on the site it may take a little longer but in the long run you
And the video player isn't / doesn't showing up in IE 6(.0.2900.5512).
The owner said why spend time coding from notepad when you can get the job done faster using Dreamweaver. He then questioned me how long I take to design a simple 5 page website. I said around 3 to 5 days, also depending on how fast the content get to me. Then, he start criticising me saying I'm not productive enough. "My programmer from India here can do this in 1 day! :panic:
Worse he said my design are not up to mark. And if I join his company, "I will teach you what design is all about. I will offer you a position as a design assistant and you will work directly under the programmer (from India)." :p
He claimed they have a software that take other people's design, make some changes to it and make it their own.
He also said they have done work for big organisations like Google and Yahoo.
So actually he rejected me at first after criticising my work and my educational certs. But before I leave the room, he suddenly said he will offer me a job as an assistant. Lol.
Uhhhh... so a few errors, you know I'm still working on it, didn't you read my reply or were you so giddy about pointing out flaws in a production design that you failed to read it properly?
I'm not saying Dreamweaver is the best way to do it, I'm just defending Dreamweaver against all the haters saying shit that hasn't been true for years.
Also video player is being severely redone due to all the heavily jQuery modifications and shit I'm doing with it.
I was mostly talking about the cleanliness of the code and easy to read and the structure moreover the fact that my code doesn't validate yet.
To be perfectly honest your coming off as a hater for hand coding. I feel there is nothing better than seeing the results of a design that you made from scratch and by hand. Sure you may be able to / can do the same thing with Dreamweaver but I don't think it would feel the same in the long run.
I've seen the difference between the output of Dreamweaver CS3 and CS4 and I can state that they have greatly improved there product, but I still would never use it(Well I would if I was made to by employer), why? Because I don't like the idea of paying for something that I can do my hand(And because I refuse to use pirated software... lol).
I have to say that is quite a long time for a 5 page website... but how complex are we talking here? I'm guessing very?
