How about SmashingMagazine, there is a nice Showcase/Inspiration section out there. Infact you will get a lot of good information for designing out there
you know what when u making some website see sites releated to that niche , this template site have temlpates but what i have noticed is that i have seen very rare that templates on real site.
Have you browsed the 99designs.com contests?
