Lower right for sure.
The lower left one may confuse first time visitors.

I think you should go with a complete seven in words. I typed writer7.com and went to some vague Chinese site. If not- Then lower right.

I like lower-right one.
That "7" look's nothing like a "T". Better go with the lower-right one.....but it relies on visitors understanding that the 7 also represents a "t". Hmm.
