IS PAINT.net a good graphics design program

Yes but it's basic, software like Photoshop is way much better if you want to start designing. Being a designer with Paint.Net can't give you the skills you can get by using PS. So I strongly recommend using Adobe PS, I'm using it myself and I like it very much for over 3 years

I love Paint.Net. I have PhotoShop, and it's honestly too complex for me. I don't feel like learning how to do something in PS that I can already do in Paint.Net. And they have lots of plugins so there is really very little you can't do.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

I think Photoshop is the best... It has way more features and makes your work look professional.
