Thread: addon domain error

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

i've already added the nameservers but this error always appear and that my addon domain won't work. have i done something wrong?

I had the same problem. You have nothing to do with this, contact your hosting company and ask them to add the domain for you.

copy and paste might be the issue (sometime godaddy not allow copy n paste, i believe is browser issue)....
try key in manually

i think godady allow it since it sends me a message in my mail regarding the change of nameservers.
