neocpanel.com (register on 1 may 2009) ==> Down.. my site gone since 24 may 2009
neohosts.info (register on 25 may 2009) ==> Down (27 may 2009), I planned to upload but gone with the wind..

Is neocpanel.com and neohosts.info belong to the same owner?

I had a shared account with them sometime back for almost 4-5months but dont have it now as I have quitted any such activity which would need offshore and the experience was average (neither good nor bad)
You must be wondering why i recommended it if there was no good experience

the +ve point is that its well established and trusted host.
They simply ignore the DMCA notice or at most you will be asked to remove that particular content but atleast your site wont be taken off from the server

Maybe you should ask those companies if the owners name is Neo too. Then you will know for sure neohosts.info and neocpanel.com are owned by the same people!

Can anyone recommend a good offshore host? Ive been burnt like 6 times already and I'm not looking for number 7. I don't need much space, maybe 1GB space, 10Gb of bw or there about. Also cpanel, add-on domains (at least 20) and would prefer a month to month. (I just payed $60 for 6months and I ended up with 5 weeks and poof the host was gone) I need it for linking to movies, non-hosted embeds.
