Fused is outstanding. I've been using them for a while, and I've been nothing but pleased with the service. 100% quality.

Do you have any proxy hosted with them?? I would like to test their speed..the one they gave me for testing was slow

I must have misunderstood the question.

I have a regular hosting account with Fused, not a proxy one.

I know that they have 2 separate servers, one for regular websites and the other one for proxys. You might want to check NamePros... I think there are some threads about Fused and the proxy service they provide.
