How much does your current host allow to upload? Ask them to put the limits higher -- if they won't, ask them if they can transfer the site to their host and you'll eventually pay them a low fee for it ;)

I am very interested to hear how big this database really is,because it should be one heck of a database if you cant export it via Cpanel
