Does the design of a host influence you?

The design, support, and price all plays a role. Support is most important to me though.

It is important. It should look like the company has spent a decent amount on money on it looking professional.

I am planning to start a hosting business soon and I have planned to spend a fair bit on a quality design. It's quite important and one of the first things customers will see and recognize. Templates are no good you need brand recognition.

I'm surprised someone mentioned price. Do you disregard quality?

Quality is fine, but it has to be affordable.

Thats true

With so much rubbish out there these days though I personally don't mind paying a little extra to get a high quality job done.

Reputation should be more important then design and even price. I have seen countless hosting sites who's design is great, but their customer service is non existant.

Well if the design sucks I won't signup, it's simply as that.

Hosts I would signup to because of their layour are Web Hosting : Professional Web Hosting from Just Host & FeatherHost their templates are amazing

People say don't judge a book buy its cover but the vast majority of people do. So, It's important to have something that stands out, looks unique and attractive. Most hosts just go along the same design techniques.
