Quick Question
I apologize if this is the wrong section to post my thread.
I have a 1 GB RAM Windows VPS with 6 TB of monthly bandwidth, is there a decent method to decrease any DDoS attacks?
Regards,

1. Hire a security company to assess and repair the damage
2. Buy an intrusion detection system (IDS)

Some VPS providers have their own anti-DDOS measures, perhaps yours has too. Other than that, if you're using Apache you can install and enable mod_evasive. Linux servers have further free options.
