So today I was ready to purchase a domain name from GOdaddy.com and every time I think of a good name they state it is already taken but whenever I Google it that domain does not show up.

Nothing new in it bro.It's all part of the business.Some domains are advanced purchased so that they can be sold on higher prices later on.They purchase it and save without any uploading and at the right time they sell it as they want.:)

Unlucky Steven. Well I search for unique names, why would I go for something that has already been taken? Just make sure your site is unique, and the domain won't be taken...
These domains are then placed under 'Premium Domains' and are given as suggestions to people searching.
