Reseller -> you can sell normal cPanel accounts
Master -> you can also sell reseller accounts

And towards this I always have to say, that after IwhiC got merged with AHosting their service got worse and worse. That's why I moved to Hostgator instead. Maybe their services have changed right now, I hope so for new people signing up for hosting
