If you can add footer and header ads on your proxified page could try global interactive, Adtoll (pays poor unless you have a good Alexa) and Adversal popunders.
Some have also talked about AdEngage though I have never used them
I am curious. Can you not deposit AdSense checks at all, or does it just take 45 days?
i tried to deposit on citibank but it says that i need to open an account on citibank to deposit it. As i dont have required information to open an account in there.

Ahh... so you could deposit Google checks, but you can't cash them.
It sucks to lose all that potential revenue just because you don't have a bank account.
