What are smowtion's payment terms, net 30? And say I only use them on proxies, does each proxy need approval, or can I add same tags throughout?

Every site requires approval and yes, NET 30.

You need each proxy approved bro, like Adbrite. But the GUI of Smowtion is much more straightforward.

Thanks, Aquarezz. This is payment for November 2009. Once you reach 100 $ they pay you around net 38 like a clockwork.

I contacted my rep at Smowtion and he told me if the content of each site is similar you don't need to get each site approved.

I have only 1 proxy approved but the ads run on around 50.

Smowtion, on the other hand, displays the message attached below:

It means that you will get booted immediately if the URL in the ad is different from the URL where the ad is displayed

So, can you show us something in written from your rep?
