You can use it on every site you want, but if you don't meet the requirements the rates will be changed -- The more USA traffic you receive, the more money you will get ;)

I'm sorry mate, but you might want to ask somebody else on this one as I don't have a VERY POPULAR website with 50% from north America :p So feel free to make a topic and I'm sure someone will help you ;)

It's honestly not that hard to get in. The only issue is that they usually have applications closed (for everyone), and don't mention it on there website. Contact them and ask them when they will start accepting websites again.

i will create new proxy and advertise on only us groups. :) is this okay

Make a site block all others IP then USA wait for 1 month and WOW you have 100 % traffic from USA, or make a new site and redirect all traffic from USA to the new site and you have traffic from USA.
