Adbrite didn't pay much anyway so I won't miss them myself, it took 8 months or more to make payout with them, and then they sent a cheque and the bank took 10% fees. If you have a lot of traffic, over 20k daily of English speakers, then xtendmedia is an option, but they'd want proof. Adversal is about all that's left tbh, pop-unders + full page ads pay the best, their banner ads are very poor though, I got 67c (40p) for 77k impressions so hardly worth the bother. They have rules as well, like 50% plus US/CA/GB/DE/FR/AU/NZ traffic and blocking on third world countries, website at least a month old and they want to see your stats but I found it easy to get accepted. Affiliate banners is another option but I haven't had much success with those. I did try bidvertiser too, but they don't want just proxy page ads, they want index page as well, but payout is abysmal so again, not worth it.

There isn't a lot of choice now unfortunately, there are other ad networks but most others pay a pittance or slow your page to a crawl, affecting user experience (like trafficrevenue) so aren't worth it. Some sites still use CPA but it's the best way to lose visitors imo, most hate surveys but I haven't tried it so can't say what the revenue's like. A lot of publisher networks frown on proxified page ads because of the pages surfed (adult sites, bloody w*nkers) so options are limited. You could of course sell banner space privately, that might potentially bring in the most cash but is more work.
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a terrible warning...

I was going to post as a reply that you could try out Proxy Advertising Platform – Network for Proxy Owners that we have at ProxyNoid but then i checked you username and saw that you already use it and earn ProxyNoid credits.

What i would like to add in here is that we are currently working on a new add-on for our publishers. This add-on is going to help you earn even more. That's because it gives you the freedom to choose whether you want to earn ProxyNoid credits or Points which you can redeem them for specific rewards (like hosting etc..) or Cash or a combo of Credits & Cash

@forumhookers, there are many ads net as you mentioned but only a few that accept proxies and only a couple that you could say that they pay good to the proxy publishers. Proxy monetization is different and kinda "special" comparing to the rest of the websites out there.
