Best Ad Networks to Monetize Proxy Sites

Hi ,
I just accept by adversal.
But I am confuse , do i need add my webproxy for code, or I just used my other website code approve by adversal for all website.
But If i want to add site i what category should i use?

yes ,when i visit their web yesterday it open and I already contact them long ago so when they open registration they email me.
got luck i was accepted

but today I check on their site , now they closed for new account.

If the site you were accepted with is a proxy you should be fine to use that code on any other proxy site. If the sites was not, it is probably best to add in a proxy as a new site for approval. The categories for my proxy are, Cat-1 Internet, Cat-2 Security.

Also, just give your acocunt rep an email and ask, they've been very nice and quick to return any email I've sent them. That would probably be the quickest way to get a full on yes or no.

I already got an account with adversal but i just checked... there sign up page seems to be open

May be you should fill form and wait n see

It's look like they open for US publisher , because when I open there with my proxies they open. But when I not used proxies they not open for registration.
So if you want to join them maybe used proxy.

I went back to Adbrite after not using them for a while and they were solid for a couple weeks. $3-5 a day. Then nearly all ads are shown as blank (just the advertise on adbrite little vertical line) and earning about 3c a day.

Seems they don't have inventory to fill...I even have a fallback and that's only getting about 5k impressions a day out of the many many blank adbrite ads. Bummer.

Proxy with decent traffic which converts bad. This proxy gets decent SE traffic, but
advertisers on the proxified page almost pay 0 (0.01 CPM). Adsense on the landing page also converts terrible.

I don't want to change SEO.
