Chitika has ways to monetize on search traffic. Hasn't been that impressive for me though.

Is this about the same proxy that you were talking about in the thread you created a minute ago?

What proxy are you talking about? Depends on the keywords you're optimized for. I find Facebook related keywords pay better than, lets say MySpace.

Perhaps the visitors are not interested in the ads that are showing on your site. Change your site description and add more keywords. Second you haven't said where you traffic come from. If your getting 0.01 eCPM. You most probably have lots of Iran and Chinese traffic and probably some other communist and 3rd world countries. Advertisers are not interested in those countries. They pay you nothing for it as you can imagine the conversions from those countries is probably next to nill. But if your traffic is from China or Iran mostly, you will find out that is cannot be monetized. For one Iran has trade sanctions on them. So they cannot get paypal or anything like that and its illegal to sell stuff to them if your company in the U.S. Considering most of the advertisers are all tied into using U.S based companies to ship products, collect money etc. They cannot deal with Iran. Thats why Iran is not monetizable. Actually you'll find that Iranians cannot even download Firefox Source Code (See #Firefox Source code Licence. Under Export Restrictions). So when I say that I'm not kidding.

China is just as bad for different reasons, they dont speak English, average urban dwellers have incomes of around $2.50 USD a day. So you can cannot sell them anything priced at the cost of living of a U.S citizen for example. They simple would not be be able to afford what your advertisers are trying to sell. Hence they not would convert well, if at all. Google ads will probably pay you 1 cent for every click from there and CPM companies pay 0.00 ecpm for it.

Thanks for your answer. For sure visors are NOT interested in the ads, but I block bad countries amd use a standard template. This thread is very different from huge SE traffic (topic in the parallel thread). I get lots of pageviews but only 20% is from SE. The traffic coverts sooooooooo bad with all factors being identical that it must be the keywords, but if changed that I loose my strategy.

I may try another template now, but adsense won't be impressed by that.

its really great that your proxy getting 500UV from SE.

i suggest you to hire someone to create Unik Templete for your Proxy. that will pass lot $$ Juice for you.

The normal ones will be Adsense on the front page and then adbrite etc for inner pages.

you should also consider putting those adverts where users need to perform some action before being able to see the site(I think some affiliate sites have these kind of ads) .

There is also the Popup, popunder option.....

if you are getting SE traffic then it is cheap traffic for sure.... bcoz every proxy which is ranked well in google is already banned in most places

Try also infolinks. Be sure to put some articles on your page to use infolinks.
