What language google are you using? It is showing #4 still for me
Here in Singapore, I see Wikipedia at #1 and #2 and Tech-FAQ at #3.

In Google FR and UK is nr. 8 , in Google ES in 21, in Google CN is not in top 10, in Google DE can't find it in the first pages.

Well I think Google is doing some sort of minor script update which effect the SERP.
