    cpanel/site admin panel only accessible thru proxy

    is there a threat when you access your cpanel using proxy site?
    it seems like i can't access my own site.. but i can see that its up using proxy site.

    It's possible that the firewall has banned your IP Address.

    If I am not mistaken this seems a bit of an academic exercise accessing one's CPanel using a proxy ...

    Anyway, have you tried using IP and Port number 2082/2086 ?

    can i configure it back if i logged in using the proxy?

    its not working still. 2083 use to work lately.

    Sure, you'd just login and go into CSF and delete it from the Deny IP tables.

    Edit: I'm assuming you have root access. If you are on a shared plan, contact your host.

    Flushing the DNS resolver cache worked for me when I had a similar problem logging into cpanel.

    Go to the command prompt and enter

    ipconfig /flushdns
