Safe answer is yes, since proxies leave a very distinctive footprint

Google seems to be very good at banning AdSense publishers who try clicking their own ads through proxies.

No, I don't want to know for personal use. I wouldn't try any of it, but I simply want to know what things google knows.

What if other people use proxies though and visit a site and click? Thats basically what I wanted to know.

Haha it would be funny to f*** with your competition, just using a few proxies and click their ads to get them banned.

Although there are a lot more things needed I guess before they will ban you, like if it happens frequently etc.. But I'm not sure of all this, only Google knows
