    This question is a bit strange IMO. It's good to have your website -or in this case a proxy- in your signature, but where it will bring in traffic. Having your proxy in the signature on a myspace students forum will bring in much traffic, having it on a forum about France will bring in very little to no traffic.

    On this forum it might bring in a few visitors from other owners, to check the layout of the proxy and maybe get some ideas for their own proxies. But I don't think a lot of NetBuilder visitors will be returning visitors

    proxy site in signature is not a good idea.
    bucaz proxy get block after a few months so serp dosent have any mean, and as NB is a Webmaster forum so you will not got any traffic.

    but if you are not have any other site and your signature space is free to use then you can gift to anyone or you can try your luck by putting your proxy site link
    its better then nothing.

    I've re-read your post, and with this I think this might be a valuable answer too; Putting a link to proxy websites is legal as long as it has no child-porn on it etc.

    But a normal proxy like the 5,000,000 others are allowed in signatures

    I just wanted to point out that this isn't always the case. If you can get good SERP ranks, it does't matter if you're blocked in certain places - as there is always a lot of Google traffic looking for proxies.

    I sold one of my proxy sites for $1200 the other day that had solid search rankings. Don't forget about SEO on proxies. Free visitors help.

    Excuse me, i am newbie but i dont think that easy to get high serp for proxy, becaz we have need to update content if you want high serp and thats very hard {yes, you are right nothing is impossible}

    and as far as my analysis say that always proxy list come on top for proxy keywords
