1) I don't know if its just my connection, but your proxy was reallly slow. But if it's not me, check it out, because a well performing proxy makes for happy users, and happy users come back and tell friends.
2) If you're that worried about not having proxy in the content of your page, you may want to remove it from the meta keywords and description.
3) How about trying to utilize keywords people using proxies would be interested in, so that they may get served ads they're interested in. Most people (legitimately) surfing proxies are there for social networking and gaming related things. If you can write about that on the paragraph as opposed to lawyers, mortgage brokers, investors, etc, you may well increase your CTR, and I've found social networking related keywords to pay well on a proxy, upwards of ~$2/click for some if the traffic is healthy.
4) Monetize your proxified pages mate! Get some CPM ads up there, Mediashakers or the like for banners, and Adversal for inpage popups or popunders (if they're still open for signup and accept you,,speaking of which I need to get on the ball and finally try and get with them too). Mediashakers and other rightmedia based cpm networks offer inpages and popunders too but don't pay as well as Adversal, trust me I know

, I'm only getting ~$0.48 ecpm for US traffic on 'em, when I could get near a $1 on adversal.
5) Starting more proxies is great! It's addicting, I love it. It's all I do now, haha! And with more proxies you can do other content that focuses on proxies, thus giving you hopefully better CTR since you'll serve relevant ads, and you can submit to more lists for more traffic. AND you could always link these proxies to your other Main proxy and get residual traffic that way.
oh and 6) If you're not blocking or redirecting bad traffic (china, iran, etc) do it. You may lose some numbers in your traffic, but you're earnings per click will thank you
Hopefully something I've rambled can help you out.
Cheers!
