Glype libcurl error

For last two days I am getting libcurl errors on my proxies whenever i browse through it..also, its terribly slow.. i am getting this msg

The requested resource could not be loaded. libcurl returned the error:
Couldn't resolve host 'myspace.com'

I do have curl(7.19.5) and php(5.2.9) enabled..please help me..

Iis this some prob with my host or my script(Glype 1.1)??

Could it be MySpace blocking the IP address of the server you are on? That sounds like the most likely reason because I am able to get to other sites like Google.

i can get onto myspace..but that is after trying 6-7 times back to back..even then, the myspace homepage doesnt load properly..

there are times when all sites(myspace,FB,google etc) load perfectly..but after few minutes its back to showing the same error..

Hmm it could be an issue with the script/MySpace website. Have you tried another script on the server like PHProxy?

I got the same error when i tried to open facebook..

but its been working fine for last two months and suddenly these errors..but, will install phproxy to test it anway..

I installed phproxy and tried browsing facebook..first i got this result:

Unable to connect
Firefox cannot establish connection with the server

When i refreshed, i was redirected to my homepage and got this error

URL Error (0): An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.
Failed to connect to the specified host. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct.

Your hosting not enable ssl when installed cURL, activated https protocol on libcURL is important. when https protocol are enable in libcURL, you can login to major site like facebook, myspace, twitter since 80% of my visitor going to that site.

cURL is compiled with SSL support using the openSSL library. If your server didn't have openSSL installed or cURL was configured without ssl, you won't be able to access websites using the SSL protocol.

i have ask to my shared webhost support to reinstalled the cURL with ssl support, after that everything is fine..

^^ right now, i do not have SSL on my proxies..the error comes without https..

Can anyone tell how much time will it take my host to get it sorted?? Its been more than 24hours since I opened a support ticket and they said they are still working on it..its not resolved yet..
