Thread: High CTR needed in glype proxy !!

Do you know a proxy template achieving high CTR ( % 5 ) or near ?

From the CTR I have seen on proxies ... and learned in forums ...

Sustained CTR ~ 5% on proxies ==> Google ban mail proxy surprise to your account.

Just my 0.02

I'm seeing around 1%...

in April 2009 , my first proxy , It was about 4. XX % and average 3.42 % for one month . and it's ok with Google , Habaku

Now , it's about ( 0.22- 0.33 % ) maximum

I had a phproxy template that once reached 8% ctr it didnt look spammy or like an "ad farm" but I think it got me smartpriced, this was long time ago when i was starting
now I usually use one ad unit or two if my visits click on my ads its because they are interested in the ad they clicked and google will notice that.

I think we all would be happy to have sustained CTRs in 5% neighbourhood, somethings I have never seen. In DP someone recently claimed having such high CTRs using keywords no really connected to proxies.

From contributions from other participants I have drawn the conclusion that there is no proxy template which has a CTR of 5 % or higher, and in fact I belive it would likely raise a red flag.

I would be very interested in seeing the themplates which you say are that good. What's the template name and dl location? Can you even quickly make a demo site?

I think all proxy owners would be extremely happy to have a CTR of 5 % along with reasonable eCPM, so I am looking forward to seeing the 'killer' templates with ~ 5%.

I had some good solutions till now ..

I will share this with you my friends .

my CTR was about 0.22 - 0.33 % before any change

the first change was that I blocked Iran for accessing my proxy they seem they never click adsense anyway .
and I converted them to another site wich I have about 6+% CTR

My CTR in proxy sites doubled to 0.6+% and that helped me to reduce the CTR in the other site from 6 % ( Risky ) to about 1 % maximum ,

hint : Use poor clicker to reduce CTR in any of your site .

any other Ideas ??? our target is to increase CTR to 3+%

Thanks for reminding me of that thread Will. I just skimmend the posts, nobody claimed to have had 5% or even 8% CTR on proxies for a sustained period.

So let's see the responses from the ones with the Proxy Templates that Provide *that* Good CTR thread.
