Hotlinking + max file size

I know glype has the feature in the admin panel to stop people from hotlinking and setting the maximum file size they can download, how do I do this with phproxy

I'd start with Disallow Hotlinking on PHP Proxy and Hotlinking prevention for Phproxy, CGI-Proxy and Zelune.

But really, I'd switch to Glype before spending any more time on PHProxy.
