    How to measure our webproxy speed ?

    Somebody know how to measure our webproxy speed ?
    i can't measure it by myself, coz i have bad internet connections..

    i host my proxy at shared proxy hosting,
    when i take whois on my proxy it host at Gigenet Dedicated Server and when Looking at Cpanel it have 8 CPU, it's good for web proxy ?

    Badly need suggestion
