I have done that with the voucher I got, but using Adwords for proxies doesn't make sense even if you limit low what you are willing to pay for clicks.

My ads did nto get approved or disapproved, they just set in underreview limbo forever. However all my other ads for my affiliate sites were approved in a few hours. so who knows..
