Thread: How to optimize apache for proxy website?

Hello NBer, I am wondering if anyone could tell me how to optimize apache2 for my glype based proxies? I have vpses running apache2 for my proxy network. Thanks.

After reading the tutorial, to tweak the apache like the following, true or not?

Keepalive Timeout = 1 second
Connect timeout = 15 second
Requests per child = 1000 or 10.000
Max keepalive requests = 100
Minspare = 20
Maxspare = 100
Startservers = 100
maxclients = 200
