Just add their google adsense publisher ID to the string blacklist to get rid of these. I find that method works best.

That only works for atproxy scripts, there isn't the option in wordpress or proxycoder ones, or any other list I've seen. The only option for them is to monitor submitters IP's and approve submissions manually, then IP block spammers in cpanel. That's just making more work though, as a lot are on dynamic IP's. They do seem to be coming from just a few countries but so do genuine submitters. Pakistan, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand are favorites for spammers by the looks of it.

It's really easy in curl to grab the website and check it for a string. I'm sure you could get some cheap coder to do it for $20 or something

I recently started my topsites just days ago. first day i had >100 .tk and .co.cc domains with this exact same thing. no more free domains...that seems to nip it pretty well.
