Why is it only for some specific countries?

I prefer having USA traffic on my proxy, and giving that sort page to middle-east countries

But looks pretty good, can you tell me average how much you can get per survey?
How long does it take?
Where can I signup?

Reason for specific countries: Offers are usually only targeted to these main countries and other countries often have a lot of fraud/low paying offers.

Middle-east countries we currently do not target as they pay low and the same as before there is a lot of fraud.

Average is $0.32 to $1.50

Most are one or two page submit offers.

There are issues with the z-index of #include in the framebar.inc.php file Glype 1.1.
I have removed the z-index, it works but the proxified form is disformed on some sites.

PS: When are stats updated ?

Make it works with Glype v1.1 :

Nathan, if you have noticed access to www.cpatoolbar.com/go.php?pub=10 from a proxy, it's because I was searching for a solution for my Glype proxy Surf AnyWhere.
