China's been OK. We have had to block Turkey, Tunisia, Indonesia, and Malaysia at various times due to too many DDoS, abuse of service, or hacking attempts.

My problems originated from Nigeria, so Nigeria will always be blocked on my proxies.

Indonesia also seems to have a high rate of credit card fraud.

Same here. I also don't want to contribute to all the 419 scam/spam and high rate of credit card fraud that comes from there.

I must say that my decision to block countries with particularly high rates of fraud and abuse is not to undermine legitimate businesses and hard working people. The situation is unfortunate for them.

The current plan involves the creation of a very basic and "stripped down" script as a jump-off point for the rest of the development.

Sounds good.. I would love to help beta test it when it's ready.

If you guys can focus on fixing the kind of information leaks that exist in all the other existing proxy scripts, it will be really great.
