Its not just blocking countries that will increase your earnings. You need to get quality search engine traffic along with some well written keyword rich content. The combination of those 3 things will increase the amounts you get per click.

Dont get frustrated if it doesnt change right away it tends to take sometime after you make the on page SEO done. This plan is for sites you plan to run for a while. Hard to achieve search engine traffic on new proxy sites or proxies you are only flipping or junk ones you register for the nice months traffic before forwarding off the traffic to a new site and buying a new domain.

When blocking sites keep in mind blocking non-English speaking countries is what works and if you own a network site or proxy list forward you traffic to it. Also some other reasons why blocking works is here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_embargoes I dont believe the list is complete but will better explain why showing ads to those countries doesnt pay.

How serious are you about blocking non-English countries? I've just block the three countries mentioned by Aquarezz, but there are a lot of other poor non-English countries in Asia, so what are the top ten countries to block avoid smart-pricing?

Just look at your traffic and block the highest X which is not from a "good" country, that will probably just be iran and china. Blocking every non english speaking country is about the worst thing you could do but if you were to do that, a whitelist would be better rather than a blacklist.

Well mate, in fact.. you've blocked the ones who are necesarry.. I don't think there are others too block..

The reason is simple, you can block more sites, but it's only HK,IR & CN who use proxies all the time...

You can block Belgium, but we're just a small country and don't have any internet restrictions, so we're not using proxies very much (except me as I'm owner xD )

So in fact you did more than enough...
