I am not as aggressive as some people but these are the ones blocked on my proxy sites
'CN','IQ','NG','IR','SA','AG','MY','ID','CL','KW', 'AE','TR'

I'm only currently blocking Iran, Hong Kong and china. Is it worth just blocking everybody bar the Americas, Europe and Australia?

That would be too much work + you only receive much traffic from the currently blocked countries like said before :)

Why block Jamaica if you won't receive much traffic for them? The 2 people who visit your site won't smartprice your account :D

Why block Congo if you won't receive much traffic for them? The only person who has internet there and will visit your site won't let Google smartprice your account :)

I would advise you to edit your post and remove the AdSense info other than your total dollars otherwise you could be banned from AdSense for breaking their TOS.
